We accept returns for store credit, exchange or full refund (excluding shipping costs) with original receipt if returned and postmarked within 14 days upon your receipt of purchase. All items must be in the original packaging and all tags must be attached. Washed or worn items will not be eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Final sale items are only eligible for a store credit.
Any items postmarked for return/exchange after 14 days of your receipt of the order are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit if returned within 14 days of receipt. Final Sale items are only eligible for a store credit only.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges for the same or different item will depend on stock availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will process the item as a return. If the requested exchange is available, we will ship the item to the address we have in your customer profile. Exchanges, like any return, must be postmarked within 14 days upon your receipt of the item. Mail your exchange request, including the packing slip, to So You Boutique 1839 S. If the item requested for exchange is available, So You LLC will pay shipping costs for the exchanged item to be shipped back to you.

You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs for your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. All shipping costs will be deducted from refunds or store credits for all returned items.
If you are returning items over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not and cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
